When a visitor regardless if it’s a member or guest visits Iranibash, just like most websites on the internet, your basic technical information will be recorded into our database such as; referral data (the last URL you were on before visiting Iranibash), internet browser information, operating system information, and your IP address. However, there is no need to worry about your privacy. No third party company can access your data. No person or company will have access to your data except us meaning no will be able to identify you.

However, if we are required by law or requested by a court order or a law enforcement authority, your information will be given without your consent. Most of the content on Iranibash is copyright free. However, for the content that is strictly copyrighted by their rightful owners, is not available for download but instead can be streamed and viewed/listened to online. If you would like to own them, please purchase them from a trusted store. For any other content which is not copyrighted such as movies, serials, mp3s, etc, you are more than welcome to download them and distribute them under the license of Iranibash.

Account Termination:
When we suspect a user is committing actions which are against our policies, we will terminate their account without warning. This follows for people who post threads about anti-regime discussions in our forums (please refer to the Iranian Policy section), members who post pornographic material on our forums or members who deliberately spam on comments or forums. If we feel that you are being inappropriate towards other members, you will have a warning to improve your behavior. If you fail to comply, then your account will be terminated.

Linked Content:
On our forums, we are aware that in some cases, our members will post download links to copyrighted content. This is not our responsibility and not a concern to us. Since the content is not hosted on our server, we are not responsible for any damages done to the software’s company.

Iranian Policy:
Most of you are well aware that a great deal of our content comes from the Islamic Republic of Iran such as movies, serials, mp3s, and some Iranian channels. If there are any discussions about anti-regime schemes or events, the post will be deleted immediately as well as the user who started the thread as stated in the Account Termination section. We are not biased in any way however, in order to make our site legal in Iran, we have to respect their rightful law, therefore in return, please respect ours.

Our content is only available for distribution under the condition that they are not edited or tampered with in any way. Iranibash is copyrighted meaning no individual or company can use the name Iranibash or use a name similar to it. If we suspect an individual or a company using our content or name on another domain, hosting, etc, you will be prosecuted immediately.
